A tilt and swivel ball head mount provides complete rotation and a lever locking mechanism provides secure shooting angles. Constructed out of high quality aluminum, it features eccentric pipe locking system for easy setup and each leg has and automatic leg-angle lock mechanism for speed and convenience. The 5-section legs can be spread independently in 2 different position angle stops.
